Cauliflower is superior to other types of cabbage in protein and ascorbic acid content, it is also rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, PP, H, K, sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, phosphorus and starch. Currently, early ripening varieties and hybrids have been developed that can be successfully cultivated even in Siberia, for example, Skorospelka, Gribovskaya early 1355, Otechestvennaya, Moskvichka and others.

You can plant cauliflower both in seedling and non-seedling methods. To harvest early (early July), seedlings 45-55 days old should be planted in the ground immediately after the thermometer stops dropping below zero at night. In late April or early May, seeds can be sown in the ground under a film, and at the end of May or early June - without a film. This type of cabbage needs more fertile soil than the rest. She needs not only organic fertilizers (slurry, humus, compost), but also mineral (nitrophoska, urea, superphosphate, potassium chloride). During the entire growing season, the plant must be fed 3-4 times.

Growing cauliflower will only be successful with good lighting and daily abundant watering. In the summer heat, at temperatures over 25 degrees, this plant also needs to be irrigated. Cauliflower heads are composed of stem shoots tightly closed together. In order to avoid acquiring a yellow color, changing their structure and taste, they should be shaded, for example, by covering them with a broken sheet.
